| I think there is now scientific evidence that alternate universes exist because this morning I woke up in one. In this alternate universe Obama has been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.

Unbelievable right? Well, not really, considering this organization, in the past, also awarded the prize to Jimmy Carter who is almost singly handed responsible for the mess in Iran.
They also once awarded it to Arafat.
I'm surprised they didn't award it to Ahmadinejad.

| Plans for the potential of moving to Israel has become a family project. With growing world-wide (and very familiar) antisemitism we have all agreed that, in spite of what other plans we may have, preparations for such a move have to be part of them. Like many of the Jews in the holocaust, we don't want to be caught unprepared nor be lulled by a belief that it could never happen.
Of course it could happen. It has already happened. And, in spite of our best efforts to keep that horror in the consciousness of the world, apparently we have failed. Even as the last of the survivors are dying out history is being rewritten.
I guess that matters little since the world never got the message anyway. It was never about what was done to the Jews. It was about, when unchecked, what level of atrocity mankind is capable of.
But in a world where up has become down and wrong has become right, the lines are blurred beyond recognition. Historically, it is the People Israel that pay the price.
Those same remaining survivors have begun ringing the alarm. They have seen it before. They are warning it is beginning again the same way. Ignoring them seems an idiotic thing to do. Why should the world take heed to their warnings if we don't?
It's time to go home.
